Data

​​All data was acquired through UBC Abacus and Stats Canada.

​

Unprojected data was projected using the 1983 Stats Can Lambert.

​

​

  • Populated Place names was used to find the proposed locations
  • Rail network data was used to show track types along the proposed routes.
  • Road networks were used to find intersections with the rail lines.
  • Dissemination blocks and census data were used to calculate population density.
  • Provincial boundaries were used as base data

​
